Marco & Co is a family-run investment structure that supports impact-driven entrepreneurial projects. Our mission is to support young start-ups focused on improving the well-being of people, animals and plants.

In order to provide this added value, Marco & Co works with start-ups in the early stage, during pre-seed (Priming), seed (first round) or Series A (second round) fund-raising.

Having trained as an engineer, I quickly became an entrepreneur after working in product development, marketing and sales.

I helped set up a software company, then a communications agency, before moving into industry in 1994.

In 2000 I co-founded Evolis, which designs and markets personalisation systems for credit card format cards. In just over 10 years, Evolis has become the world leader and is present in more than 140 countries, with nearly 400 employees through 7 direct subsidiaries on 5 continents.

During my career, I have been involved in public action and associations. Member of the Entreprendre network, Mécène et Loire, elected member of the Maine et Loire Chamber of Commerce and Industry in charge of international affairs, President of the Anjou Business Club.

After graduating from ESSEC BBA in 2022, I embarked on my entrepreneurial adventure at a very early stage. During my studies, I designed a new concept for a launderette and laundry.

Thanks to my generalist studies, I'm able to cover both the financial aspects and business development. Particularly motivated by entrepreneurship and attracted by the world of start-ups, I am responsible for investments at Marco & Co.

I'm particularly interested in projects linked to decarbonisation, sport and new technologies.

I graduated from Audencia in 2023 with a generalist degree, specialising in marketing and then digital marketing. Passionate about sport, I started out in the sports events sector and have since moved into e-commerce, developing my own business.

Concerned about environmental issues, I'm keen to work on projects with an impact and also in the field of well-being.

I collaborate on project studies and sit on the Marco & Co commitment committee.
